Adversity Mentoring & Coaching For Business

This mentoring or coaching package can be used as a one day session or as a monthly retainer. You pick your six people, then Aric will conduct 50-minute adversity coaching or mentoring sessions with each person individually. Each session is guided by each individual’s needs. This type of offering is uncommon, but offers unique benefits to your company and your staff. Topics range from relationships, finances, medical, business, relocation, and family… to name a few.

On any given day, we all know of someone or a group of individuals within the workplace who are struggling with one of life’s many adversity ordeals thrown their way. When was the last time, you ever saw an overarching commitment shown, to help people on the spot at work, to better cope with what they are facing?  The Adversity Mentoring and Coaching for Business retainer does exactly that. It is a very special opportunity for any organization to utilize.

Here, Aric can be contracted to offer support within the organizational or place of business as needed. He can be there for entire day or a series of consecutive days should the adversity warrant such support.  With this program, Aric will meet one on one with up to (6) people throughout the day to discuss their particular circumstance.

It is important to note here, that all coach client relationships are guaranteed discreet and confidential in terms of content discussed. Closed door privacy and seclusion is required for each session. The schedule allows for (3) in the morning, and (3) in the afternoon with typically a one-hour break for lunch in between session groupings.

The retainer may also be used to secure services for (6) sessions to be used at the discretion of the organization or business in the future. Under this scenario however, all sessions are held over the phone, or on Zoom conferencing.

In many instances, timing is everything and in his business of Coaching people through adversity, Aric completely understand that. He is not opposed to hopping on a plane on a moment’s notice to be there for an organization or business, should the sudden need arise.

Whatever it takes to be there within reason, Aric will do his best to accommodate. The program here is semi-flexible in terms of need, whereby additional days may be added if his schedule permits, and without advance notice, if Aric is already supporting the organization and currently there anyway.

Often times,  quantities of books are also added on to this event as a gift for participants.

Any travel costs will be not be included in final negotiated rate, as each contracted event is unique unto itself. Any of these travel expenses not already covered by the hosts or accounted for, will be submitted for payment to Aric within 7 business days post event. (To include all accommodations, meals, transportation and ancillary expenses.)

Final payment for event services are expected upon conclusion of the event on that same day(s).

The retainer deposit secures a good faith commitment for the service after the  booking rate has been negotiated.

Adversity Mentoring and Coaching for Business may be bundled with any other service offers for a more complete presentation and adversity support offering.
