All-Day Small Group Mentoring and Coaching for Business

These workshops are conducted by dividing your team up into groups of 8-12 people all focused on overcoming obstacles in the workplace. Depending on how many groups your company puts together, Aric will invest an equal amount of time with each group. This workshop is the best way to enhance team work, raise company morale, and problem solve.

All too often, organizations undergo various events which oftentimes can affect its’ employees in an unsettling way. Whether  it a sudden loss of an employee, an impending take-over, a turnover of staff, a reduction in the workforce, change of leadership, failure to hit financial targets, low morale, reorganization, or simply a change of direction… these types of changes can all have an impact on the culture, climate and overall health of the business or organization. Why not secure an all-day Small Group Adversity Mentoring and Coaching program. By the way, Aric has also personally faced each and every one these adversities himself.

Here, the day is packed with sessions of up to 8-12 employees at a time all participating in a group mentor coaching 50-minute session. In these sessions from a Coaching perspective, we determine what the mutual need is for the session and work together collectively to determine the solutions.

If the event need is more Adversity Mentoring based, Aric uses his almost thirty years of experiences in the corporate executive business world, to help the group receive guidance, direction, support and an action plan to move ahead with what is troubling them. Sometimes, employees simply need a voice to share thoughts, feeling and emotions with, as it pertains to change. I can effectively as that trusted conduit between several entities.

Depending on the amount of sessions needed to effectively “touch” everyone, this program may take place over the course of one day or continue on for several. Aric will try to be as flexible as necessary and hop on a plane as needed while also rearranging his busy schedule to accommodate you.

When the organization is suffering, the short and long-term implications are immeasurable. Timing is absolutely the key when it comes to facing adversity, so being there to support your staff as quickly as possible is crucial becomes his priority.

This program may be complimented by a Speaking “Experience”, One on One  Individual Mentoring and Coaching, Change Navigation Workshops or even a morale boosting Book Signing Experience.

The program here is semi-flexible in terms of need, whereby additional days may be added if his schedule permits, and without advance notice, if Aric is already supporting the organization and currently there anyway.

Often times,  quantities of books are also added on to this event as a gift for participants.

Any travel costs will be not be included in final negotiated rate, as each contracted event is unique unto itself.  Any of these travel expenses not already covered by the hosts or accounted for, will be submitted for payment to Aric within 7 business days post event. (To include all accommodations, meals, transportation and ancillary expenses.)

Final payment for event services are expected upon conclusion of the event on that same day(s).

The retainer deposit secures a good faith commitment for the service after the  booking rate has been negotiated.
