Depending on the event, creativity is the key here! These Author Appearance Experiences can range anywhere from casual guest appearances mingling with your group, to a book signing autograph table , mix in a few adversity coaching sessions, or enjoy a full Step and
Repeat picture taking setup for your guests who also can receive a signed copy of his book, and take a picture with Aric the author.

Needs a few spoken words for the group as well – anything is fair game. Question and answer roundtable, town hall or any other format that you deem appropriate, can be considered. As Aric is a former Chief Officer for a multimillion-dollar company, his adaptability to business discussions is also useful in providing applicable and relatable anecdotal content during these experiences.

These events are truly fun, as planning for them is almost as enjoyable as the anticipation for the event to occur is.

Any travel costs will be not be included in final negotiated rate, as each contracted event is unique unto itself.

Often times,  large quantities of books are also added on to this event as a gift for participants.

Any of these travel expenses not already covered by host and accounted for, will be submitted for payment to Aric within 7 business days post event. ( To include all accommodations, meals, transportation and ancillary expenses)

Final payment for event services are expected upon conclusion of the event on that same day.

The retainer deposit secures a good faith commitment for the service after the  booking rate has been negotiated.
